An Obsolete North Carolina Civil War five dollar banknote issued by the Miners and Planters Bank in Murphy, North Carolina on June 7, 1862 for sale by Brandywine General Store. This is a favorite among collectors with the red protectors and Native American vignette of a Seneca Chief on the left. Our estimation of grade to be used as a guide only is fine with a very small tear on top margin.
