Two Dollar obsolete currency issued by the Bishop Hill Colony in the Nebraska Territory at Omaha City in 1857 for sale by Brandywine General Store. The center vignette features a Native American with a long lance standing by a horse, the lower right has a Native American resting by a teepee. This bill was deposited into the Western Exchange Fire and Marine Insurance Company by the Bishop Hill Colony. The serial number is 8906 with plate letter A. Our estimation of grade is choice uncirculated with an even trim with full frame line all the way around.
