1998 Chipper Jones Topps Finest Centurion Baseball Card PSA Mint 9
A limited 1998 Chipper Jones Topps Finest Centurion baseball card which has been certified by PSA at Mint 9. This was a limited run card which is numbered on the back, being # 70 out of only 500. The back of the card also tells us that Chipper was just 25 years old and already smashing records. In 1997 he set the Atlanta Braves mark for doubles in a season, his 20 homer, 20 steal performance was the first ever by a Braves 3rd baseman and he became the first Atlanta third sacker to record back to back 100 RBI seasons. Overflowing with talent and charisma, the still improving Chipper could challenge for Most Valuable Player honors after or before the new century dawns.
